Working in the Creative Economy: 3rd Ward Open House

Can a cubicle farm inspire you … a coffee shop challenge you … an office space launch your career? Come network and celebrate independent workers and a new economy that demands new ways of working.

This free networking event celebrates the Grand Opening of 3rd Ward’s new Coworking space in their unique Brooklyn building. Hang out and meet innovators in every industry over complimentary snacks and drinks courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery. Althea Erickson, the Advocacy and Policy Director of Freelancers Union will speak about the growing freelance movement and its social and political impact. 3rd Ward teachers will conduct workshops that will help you advance your career and expand your horizons.

3rd Ward provides freelancers the structure and support of a traditional office environment, with an added bonus: a wealth of creative arts and design facilities, classes, and networking opportunities for daily inspiration and consistent growth.

RSVP to reserve your spot by ordering a free ticket above.
